1.Demand Communication & Confirmation

Customers provide customization requirements: size, thickness, material, LOGO, packaging, quantity,
target market.
Exclusive account manager provides one-to-one service to confirm details and compliance requirements.
Provide customization plan and preliminary quotation.

2.Design Confirmation

Design team creates renderings / mold drawings according to requirements.
Customer confirms LOGO position, colors, fonts, and packaging text.
Free revisions are supported until the design is finalized.

3.Sample Making & Delivery

Produce physical samples for free according to the confirmed design.
Send samples via international express (DHL/FedEx, etc.) after passing quality inspection.
Customer inspects and approves samples: size, material, printing, hand feel.

4.Contract Signing & Payment

Sign official customization contract, confirm lead time, quality, and after-sales terms.
Customer pays deposit according to the contract.
Order is officially released to production.

5. Mass Production
