KEJEA has in-house mold development capabilities to support customized trading card accessories from initial concept to production tooling.

Our technical team can review your drawings, dimensions, structure and functional requirements before mold development begins. This helps identify potential manufacturing issues early and makes the transition from design to mass production more practical.

For new products, the mold development process can include design review, mold structure development, tooling fabrication, trial production and sample confirmation.

For existing products, we can also evaluate modifications to dimensions, structure or appearance based on your requirements.
